FORT WORTH -- Camelia Ann Lipsey, 74, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Foundation of Life Church, 515 E. Marvin Ave., Waxahachie with Rev. Edwin Lipsey officiating. Interment: 3:30 p.m. Fairview Cemetery, Hubbard, TX. Visitation: 10-11 a.m. Thursday prior to the service at the church.
Memorial: Memorial gifts may be made to the American Lung Association.
Camelia was born on February 14, 1942 in Amarillo to Austin Carrigan and Rowena Burnam Carrigan. She was raised in Amarillo and Olney, TX. A longtime resident of Waco and Waxahachie, she resided in Fort Worth and Arlington for the past 5 years. She worked in a masonry business for many years with her husband and father of her children, William Kenneth Lipsey, who preceded her in death in 2001.
She is also preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth Wayne Lipsey and David Dwayne Lipsey; and brother, Gary Michael Carrigan.
Survivors: Friend and partner of the past 5 years, Larry Fuller; brother, Richard Carrigan and wife, Veeda, and their two daughters, Tina and Edie; sister, Brenda Carrigan and partner, Ottie Ottensmeyer; grandchildren, Amy Cloutier and husband, Chris, and Jimmy Lipsey; 2 great-granddaughters, Kylie Cloutier and Krystian Cloutier.
