Calise Blanchard

Calise Blanchard Jr., 76, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 in Arlington. Memorial Service: 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Calise was born on October 20, 1941 in Lake Charles, LA to Calise Blanchard and Omie Motte Blanchard. He served in the U.S. Navy. Calise worked for the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office and Sheriff's Office and retired from the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Mary Ann Fountain. Survivors: Wife of 51 years, Janice Ann McBride Blanchard; daughters, Jo Lynn Newman and husband, Dariel and Karen Mullins and husband, Jason; sister, Sonja Marie VanAtta; grandchildren, Michael Newman, Jared Newman, Kristen Newman, Tyler Mullins and Bailey Mullins.
