Brent Andrew Repass, 38, passed away on March 7, 2025, in Arlington, Texas. Brent was born in Dallas, Texas on February 9, 1987. During his treasured childhood in Arlington, he was fortunate to be surrounded by many wonderful friends who joined him in his creative backyard productions of various plays and musicals. Later he played football and baseball and developed a love of music. He played the cello in his junior and high school orchestras.
After graduation from Arlington Martin High School, he attended Oklahoma State University before enlisting in the United States Army. He graduated from both basic infantry and airborne/jump school at Fort Benning, Georgia, then served with the 101st Airborne Division. After leaving the Army he enjoyed walking, movies, reading, music, NASCAR, cooking soups from around the world, camping, and traveling.
Anyone acquainted with Brent knew he had a special ability to make the most of tough situations as well as a wonderful sense of humor. As we remember Brent, we are reminded to celebrate the joy and love he brought into our lives. His legacy of courage, compassion, and strength will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Brent is survived by his father Brad Repass; mother Alison Frazier (Randy); brother Matt Repass (Ashley), niece Scarlett and nephew Bradley; Grandmother Dorles Repass; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Rex Repass; grandfather Jack Smith and grandmother Margaret Smith.
A Memorial Service to honor Brent's life will be held on March 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Wade Family Funeral Home, followed by a reception at 3:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Brent's life and legacy.
