Brad Waller, 79, of Arlington, TX, passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 18th. Brad was born in Alexander City, AL on January 20th, 1942, to Onnie and Royce Waller. The majority of his childhood was spent in Alex City with the exception of a short time in Texas. It was in Alex City where he met Carolyn, the love of his life and his wife of almost 60 years! Brad worked in the food service industry for almost 50 years, an industry he enjoyed immensely, making lifelong friends, and influencing more people than he ever realized.
Brad enjoyed playing tennis, playing golf, breakfast with his buddies and wood working, but more than anything he loved spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids.
Brad is survived by his wife Carolyn, their children, Cathie Barnett (husband Jonathan), Missie Waller and Brad II (wife Suzanne) and grandchildren: Emily Barnett Roberts, Allyson Barnett Harper, Jonathan Zell Barnett, Michael Barnett, Madison Barnett, Trey Waller, Trent Waller and great grandchildren: Annalise Roberts, Bennett Roberts, Ella Grace Roberts, Holland Roberts, Josie Barnett, Ava Harper and Swayze Harper.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday January 26th at Wade Funeral Home, 4140 West Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. We will have a visitation prior to the service starting at 12:30, please join us in sharing fun stories and celebrating Brad’s life!
