Bonnie was born April 5, 1947, in Minneapolis. She grew up and attended school in Seattle, Wash. prior to her marriage and eventual move to Arlington 30 years ago. She led a life of caring for others, as her son and daughter, Douglas and Audra, and her two grandsons, Silas and Bode, were the loves of her life. She also shared the same care and devotion through her love and respect of animals as she was one of the founders and first president of TX Metro Wildlife Rehabilitators, through which she helped foster the care and rehabilitation of many ill, orphaned or injured animals. The world has been made a better place by her unmatched ability to care for others, and we will miss her dearly.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her recently deceased son, Douglas; and recently deceased sister, Cathy.
Survivors: Her husband of 48 years, Ron; daughter, Audra and husband, Steve Mullins; sisters, Kim and husband, Ken Smith, and Stacey and husband, Jim Harris; brother-in-law, Bruce Forte; and grandsons, Silas and Bode.
