Bobby Wayne Brown

ARLINGTON -- Bobby Wayne Brown, 67, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, in Mansfield. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday, June 16, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Parkdale Cemetery, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at the funeral home. Bobby was born on Aug. 26, 1948, in Cisco to George Allen Brown Jr. and Wanda Fern Burnette Brown. He was baptized at East Side Baptist Church in Cisco and was a member of First Baptist Church of Paris. Bobby had resided in Arlington since 1968, and graduated from UTA with a master's in science and a B.A. in mathematics. He was a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. Bobby retired as a lifelong employee from Southwestern Bell and AT&T phone services. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Wife of 44 1/2 years, Carol Ann Banks Brown; daughter, Rebecca JoAnn Brown Sepulveda and husband, Marco; son, Matthew Wayne Brown and wife, Brandi; grandchildren, Alexus Breanna Sepulveda and Daniel Wayne Johannsen Brown; and several nieces and nephews.
