Bobby Lynn Womble

Bobby Womble, 64, passed away on August 23, 2021, in Burleson, TX. Bobby Womble was born on August 12, 1957 in Fort Worth, TX, to Arlys Reavis Womble and Sue Gill Womble. He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1975 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1980 and received his CPA license in 1986. Bobby married Becky Swanson Womble on January 1, 1985 in Hurst, TX. He became an immediate dad of 2 children he loved deeply, Jeffrey Burson and Jessica Graves. He loved them as his own from the very beginning and would have given them the moon and stars if he could. Bob, as most knew him in his adult life, was best known for his love of God's Word and his kind and caring heart. Bob is survived by his wife, Becky Womble, 2 children, Jeff Burson and Jessica Graves (husband Justin), his brothers, Jerrell Womble (wife Jan), Paul Womble (wife Teresa), nieces, Jerilyn Womble Gover (husband Stan and children, Madison and Braeden), and Katie Womble, nephews, Jacob Womble, Luke Womble, and 5 adored grandchildren, Bryson, Caleb and Rylie Graves, Landen and Emilie Burson. Bob is preceded in death by his father, A. R. Womble, his mother, Sue Womble and his beloved baby sister, Sharon Elaine Womble. Visitation: Sunday, August 29th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Wade Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013, with dinner to follow at the home of Bob's brother, Paul Womble. Services: A Graveside Service for Bob will be held at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N.
