Bethany Leah Justice, a vibrant soul who brought joy to everyone she met, went to be with her Lord on February 19, 2025, at the age of 25. Born on January 5, 2000, in Arlington, Texas, she was the beloved daughter of Ken and Marylina Justice and a cherished sister to Jacqueline (Jac) Justice Spence, Joshua Justice and Jacob Fox.
Bethany graduated from Legacy High School in 2018 and was in the midst of pursuing her dreams at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. An animal lover at heart, she had a special bond with dogs and cats, often advocating for their care and shelter. Her loving nature extended past animals, and she spent time donating clothing and bicycles to the homeless in her area. Known for her passionate activism, Bethany dedicated herself to causes close to her heart, using her fiery spirit to inspire those around her while maintaining a gentle touch that drew people in. She truly had a heart for those less fortunate.
Described as a selfless friend who could light up any room, she had a unique talent for making every gathering feel like a celebration. Her laughter was contagious, her smile was bright, and she embraced life with an energy that made her a walking party.
Bethany is preceded in death by her beloved grandfather, Calistro Flores, her sweet niece, Vaea Ryan Spence, and cousin, Liam Carr.
She leaves behind her loving parents, Ken and Marylina; her siblings, Jac, Joshua, and Jacob; her nephews, William and Daniel Spence; and her grandparents, Elsa Flores, Frances Marie Justice, and Don and Bonnie Justice; aunts, Donna and Brian Rice and Sandra and Billy Boswell, and Sandra Sheridan; uncles, Jeff Justice, Cal and Melissa Flores; and many more family and friends.
In memory of Bethany, her family encourages everyone to continue her spirit of kindness and compassion. Please hold your loved ones close, just as she did. She will forever be in our hearts.
