ARLINGTON -- Beatrice Loleta Stiles-Meals, 91, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, in Arlington.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Meadowbrook United Methodist Church, 3900 Meadowbrook Drive, Fort Worth. Entombment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.
Memorials: Donations may be made to Meadowbrook United Methodist Church.
Bea was born April 9, 1925, in Euless to Joeseph R. Duckett and Iva Maud Wiser Duckett. She was a graduate of Euless High School, Texas Wesleyan College, and received her master's degree in public education from Texas Christian University. Bea taught special education for the Fort Worth ISD for over 35 years.
She was a longtime member of Meadowbrook United Methodist Church and moved to Arlington in 1994.
Bea enjoyed gardening, playing cards, bridge and dominoes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Meals.
Survivors: Daughters, Nancy Bergvall and husband, Craig, and Susan Stiles; grandchildren, Kassie Neeley, Emily Anderson, Brandon Bergvall, Katie Bergvall and Travis Parks; great-grandchildren, Haley, Bailey, Kaylee Jo, Shayle, Julia, Dylan, Quinn, Madden and Lincoln; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
