ARLINGTON-Barbara Kay “Barb” Warnke, 56, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018 in Dallas, Texas.
Memorial Service: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018 in the chapel at Crossroads Christian Church, 6450 S. State Highway 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 with Pastor Barry Cameron officiating. Reception: in Cross Street at Crossroads Christian Church.

Barb was born on February 11, 1962 in Madelia, Minnesota to Murten Karau and Shirley Sherman Karau. She married Roger (Rocky) Warnke and they owned Warnke's Machining Co., LLC. They worked together there for 25 years. They sold the business and retired May 31st, 2017.
Barb was a member of Crossroads Christian Church and served there in children's ministry for approximately 25 years. She also served the Lord at Mission Arlington, nursing homes, youth mission trips, as well as many other community service projects. She was a Girl Scout troop leader. Barb enjoyed gardening, crafting, antiquing, spending time with her family & friends, playing Bunco and other games, going on cruises, camping & traveling.
She lived her faith in her actions and touched the hearts of everyone she met.
Barb was preceded in death by her father, Murten Karau; and mother, Shirley Sherman Karau.
Survivors: She is survived by husband, Roger (Rocky) Warnke of Arlington, TX; sons, Jonathon Warnke and Jacob Warnke both of Arlington, TX; daughter, Amanda Warnke and Jesse Ashford of Arlington, TX; and daughter, Jamie Warnke of Arlington, TX.
