Barbara Elaine Schott

Barbara Elaine Schott, 95, passed away in Arlington, Texas on December 11, 2022. She was born on October 7, 1927 in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Georgia and James Glass.

A funeral service will be held at 10am on Monday, December 19, 2022, at St. Mark’s Anglican Church. Interment will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Highland Cemetery in Lawton, Okalhoma.

Barbara has been an faithful member of St. Mark’s Anglican Church since moving to Arlington in 1967. She loved her Lord, church, and family dearly. Barbara dedicated her life to taking care of her family and service to others by volunteering 30 plus years at meals on wheels and also volunteering in the Soup Kitchen at St. Mark’s Anglican Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Lawson and husband Randy; grandchildren, Kyle Lawson, Karl Lawson and wife Christine; great grandchildren, Chase, Cooper, and Kendall.

Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Schott; daughter, Georgiana E. Schott.
