Arthur William Mahoney

Arthur Mahoney, an IT Security Manager and resident of Frisco, TX died unexpectedly on July 2nd 2021 at the age of 49. Arthur is survived by his children, Samantha Mahoney and Nicholas Mahoney; his parents, Victoria Stanley Mahoney and Joseph Mahoney; his siblings Janice Mahoney Meehan, Tammi Mahoney Gomes, William Mahoney, and Ella Mahoney. He was also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Arthur was born in Somerville, MA on June 14th 1972. He graduated from Somerville High School in 1990, soon enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served until 1997. While serving he was stationed in U.S. Naval Base Subic Bay, Philippines and Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina. His military career was then followed by a longtime career in information technology including employment with Fidelity Investments and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Arthur married Anna Del Vecchio on April 23rd 1994 in Boston, MA. He welcomed two beautiful children on July 12th 1995 and February 4th 2001 respectively who were the most important part of his life. Arthur was later remarried to Lisa Saucier on June 17th 2011 in Frisco TX, being stepfather to Ryan Saucier, recently divorced. A memorial is being planned for friends and family on a tentative date.
