Amber Lyn Chavez was born on July 29, 1998 and became a part of eternity on October 14, 2020.
Amber a self described “Fun size” person with her 5' 2” frame she packed more love and more life into her22 years than many do in a much longer lifetimes.
The business school in which she was pursuing her B.A. would have surely taught her to find 3 positive traits in her business and expound upon them and to concentrate on those three things. Amber could never have limited herself in such a way. Her spirit always knew how huge it was, to say the least, energetic, witty, and sincere. Easy to laugh and even easier to smile, her warmth was quite literally contagious.
Her professional teammates at Aetna Insurance always felt when she entered the room. They feel her absence too.
At home, recently engaged to Preston Varnell, she adored spending time at home with him and found great fulfillment in cooking and even considered culinary school.
Opinionated, sarcastic and never needing to search for words, Amber knew she had a Devine purpose here on earth and lived to fulfill it.
Thank you for your presence in all of our lives. Thank you for the smiles.
Amber is survived by her fiancé, Preston Varnell; her mother, Michelle Lavone Feeney; her father, Michael Quincy Chavez; her brothers, Michael Joseph Feeney and Larry Dennis Richey; her maternal grandmother, Marilyn White, and grandfather, Wake Feeney, all of Fort Worth, and her paternal grandmother, Lyn Stinson, and Charles Feeney.
