Alvin James May, 59, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Lane A with Pastor Frederick Jenkins, officiating. Visitation: 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Al was born on August 14, 1957 in Dallas to Willie Robert May and Florence Mae Weisner May. A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Al enjoyed music, movies, working on computers, and working around the home. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Robert May; and three brothers, Robert L. May, Joe Willie May and Jeffrey May. Survivors: Wife, Voncretion D. May; son, Ivan May; daughter, Charday May; mother, Florence May; brother, Raymond B.
