Alta Corene Rives

Alta Corene Rives, 86, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017 in Arlington. Corene was born on December 27, 1930 in Stanton, Texas to Oscar Turner and Cora Atchison Turner where she was raised. She was the youngest of nine children. A longtime Odessa resident, Corene was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Eugene Rives.
