Wesley Dwayne Wiese

June 29, 1960 ~ May 11, 2023
Born in:
Waco, Texas
Resided in:
Hurst, Texas
Wesley Dwayne Wiese, age 62, entered his Heavenly home on May 11, 2023. He was loved dearly and will be missed by many.
Dwayne, as his family called him, had a servant’s heart and a wonderful, witty sense of humor. He loved his family with great passion. That same passion was magnified with his love for Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior.
He had a free spirit that led him to many adventures throughout his life. This adventurous side brought him to a career in which he excelled: climbing towers as high as the eye could see. He easily made friends and earned the respect of so many of his peers who called him Wes.
When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending time around the water relaxing on the beach or taking his boat out on a local lake. He lived a blessed life.
Dwayne is survived by his loving wife, Teri; daughter Morgan Pike; his grandchildren, Eva, Emma-lee, and Cooper who lovingly called him Paw Paw.
His memory lives on with his mom Jean Riggins; sister Luanne Wilson (Barry); brother Ricky Cleapor; niece Kristi Stewart (Paul); great-nieces and nephew Emma, Chloe and Jason; an aunt, and many cousins.
The Celebration of Life will be June 15, 2023, from 6:00-9:00pm at Wade Family Funeral Home (4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, TX). A graveside service will be June 17, 2023, at 11:00am at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery (7301 E. Lancaster Ave., Ft. Worth, TX). Dwayne would love to be remembered with funny, unusual, or silly stories. All are welcome.

I’ll miss my bubba. He was my protector and best friend growing up. He took me everywhere.
Dwayne you will be missed but never forgotten. Your witty humor always kept us smiling. You nicknamed me “Slacker” because I didn’t like doing house work. You’ve motivated me to do better. I will always be here for Teri (my BFF) to give her the support and love during this distressing time. I pray she will let her tears flow, and her sorrows be softened by happy memories of you. Rest in Heavenly Peace! My Friend!
My prayers are with you and the family. Sending AA love your way now and always. Arlene
