ARLINGTON -- Wanda Ruth Houghton, 69, passed away on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, peacefully at home in Arlington.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1200 W Green Oaks Blvd., Arlington.
Wanda was born on Sept. 25, 1945, in Clarksville. She was the daughter of Charles Dolph King and Mary Ruth Garrison King. She moved to Arlington in 1958 and graduated Arlington High School. Wanda was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by parent and sister, Marolyn King-Will.
Survivors: Husband, Al Houghton; children, Mitch McClain and wife, Susan, Seree Plumlee, Julie Butticarlo and husband, Philip, and Jason McClain and wife, Kristi; sister, Carolyn Vance and husband, Les; grandchildren, Garrett and Molly McClain, Haley Butticarlo, Taylor Plumlee, Wyatt and Maddison Edwards, Andrew and Reed McClain.
