  1. CandleImageI am so very sorry for the passing of Vic. He was one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met. He always had a smile on his face! My favorite memory is sitting in the park and a little bird landed on his shoulder and just stayed. It felt safe with him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

  2. CandleImageTo the family: What a blessing your father was his blessing continues through you. I am looking forward to the GREAT UNION in Heaven! I love you all!

  3. I knew Victor and enjoyed talking to him about his submarine service. He was just a good guy to know. Rest In Peace Victor
