ARLINGTON -- Tyler Phillips, 24, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016 in Arlington.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 21st at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington with Rev. Mike Wierick officiating.
Memorials: Memorial gifts may be made to Mission Arlington or Fielder Church.
Tyler was born on May 7, 1991 in Fort Worth to Derek Alan Phillips and Ronica Dee Glass Phillips. Tyler, a kind soul, loved the Lord; when you met him, you had an instant friend. Always smiling, he knew how to make you laugh. If you knew Tyler, you were family.
Survivors: Parents, Derek and Ronica Phillips; grandparents, Larry and Mary Jane Phillips, Robert Glass and Tina Glass; siblings, Jesse Cole, Clayton Phillips and Lindsay Phillips; and numerous loving aunts and uncles.
