Ruben was born in Kingsville, Texas, on August 21, 1962, to Encarnacion Rivera and Olivia Gutierrez Rivera.
Ruben was an all-around great guy. He was a selfless, giving, funny, and hard-working man. He had a knack for making others feel special and putting others before himself. He loved people; he loved to help them and make them happy. Ruben was a great comedian, always making jokes and making people laugh. He always went out of his way to make other people happy. Ruben especially loved his kids and his family and took the best care of them. He loved his baby girl and enjoyed all the fun times he spent with his grandchildren.
Ruben was preceded in death by his parents, Encarnacion Rivera and Olivia Gutierrez Rivera.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica; sons, William Klein, and wife, Denisa, Ruben Rivera Jr. and wife, Audrey; daughters, Roxanne Rivera, Danielle Gonzalez and husband, Hector and Megan Sharp and husband, Joseph; sisters, Rachel Rivera and Vicky Monjarezz; grandchildren, Nathan, Emma, Elijah, soon to be born Scarlett, Leah, Jacob, Augustine, and Eleanor.
A Graveside Service for Mr. Ruben Rivera will be held at 11 am on December 2, 2022, at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.
