Born in: Penelope, Texas
Resided in: Arlington, Texas

With faith and love, we remember and honor the life of Rose Roznovsky Stafford who entered into eternity with her Lord and Savior on April 13, 2022.  The matriarch of our lives, she loved us all with incredible strength and perseverance.

Rose was born on November 17, 1942, in Penelope, Texas to Otilie and John Roznovsky. One of 8 children. She lived on a rural farm throughout her childhood until she graduated high school and moved to Grand Prairie where she met and married Kenneth Stafford. Rose was a successful career woman who climbed the corporate ladder and retired from Lockheed Martin after 30+ years of service. A devout Catholic, Rose served her church in many volunteer roles throughout her life. She enjoyed faithfully attending Mass, family gatherings, cooking, gardening, fishing, puzzles, and the list goes on.

Rose will best be remembered for the uncanny way that she made us all feel special and loved. She truly loved like Christ loves. All were welcome in her home and immediately made to feel like family. Her life was a constant example of unconditional love & forgiveness. The greatest example of this selfless love was the love she showed her husband, our father, Kenneth for 57 years of marriage. Their steadfast love will last for eternity!

Rose is survived by Husband Kenneth Stafford; Children: Renee and Courtney Hughes, Darla Bruce, Michael Stafford and stepson, Kenneth Chamberlin; Grandchildren: Clay, Lauren, Kristen, Loren, Britney, and Abigail; Great-grandchildren: Addison, Emma, and Jackson, who loved their MeMaw with all their hearts, siblings and  & a multitude of nieces, nephews and friends who meant the world to her, and that we all hold dear.

We thank each and every one of you who have expressed your love and support at this difficult time. We love you all.

Thank you for celebrating her life with us…forever in our hearts.

  1. CandleImageMy thoughts and prayers are with your family. I knew Rose Mary through her sister, Annette, whenever I was invited to Annette’s special celebrations through the years. One could always see how close this entire family was and how they supported one another. I know Rose Mary will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew her.
May she now rest in peace in her heavenly home, waiting to introduce you to Heaven.
With deepest sympathy for your loss,
    Janice Daw

  2. We are saddened by Rose passing, but comforted in knowing she is in the loving arms of the Lord after spreading love among family and friends during her life. Rose lived a life of grace and was a dedicated employee at LTV/Lockheed Martin. She made my job and life better through our association. We send our thoughts, prayers, and love to her family.
