Guestbook

  1. Phil grew up around the corner from our family and I went to school with him starting first grade at West Side Elementary to Arlington High School. Phil was always very nice and with a smile on his face. Sorry for your loss. Your family is our prayers.

  2. Diane and all Phil’s family,
Phil’s passing has affected Ron and me very deeply. I am so glad you two found each other and enjoyed some wonderful years together. All who loved him will be in our prayers for sustenance and comfort in the tough times ahead.
    Thinking of you all,
    Cathy Bontley Brown

  3. I worked alongside Dr. Phil for 33 years in surgery. He was not only a skilled and compassionate professional, he was a devoted family man and avid community activist. His family has much to be proud of. We need more Phil Mycoskies in the world, but he was the original. Rest in peace, professor, rest in peace.
