Pamela Kay Downey

Pamela Kay Downey, 52, passed away on September 27, 2021, in Arlington, TX. Pamela Kay Downey was born on July 8, 1969 in Dallas, TX, to father Jerry Downey, and mother Avie Jean Downey. Pamela graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1987, and went on to start her career in bingo hall management. She excelled in this field for many years, and later went on to work for GM Financial as a Commercial Account Representative. Pamela married Saturnino Castillo, and the couple had two children, Saturnino Castillo and Victoria Nicole Castillo. Pamela was best known for being hard working, and devoted to her kids, and family. She touched every ones heart and soul who entered her life. Pamela is survived by Saturnino Castillo - son, Victoria Castillo - daughter. Siblings include Lisa Sparks, Karen Downey, and Jerry Downey Jr. Other survivors- Angela, Felicia, Tiffany, and 3 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews. Pamela is preceded in death by Avie Jean Downey, Jerry Dean Downey, brother Johnny L. Smith, and nephew Jeremy L. Smith. The service for Ms. Pamela Kay Downey will be held on Sunday October 10th, from 2pm-4pm at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington TX. Visitation for viewing will be Saturday October 9, from 10am-12pm at Wade Funeral Home in Arlington TX.
