Milburn Udell Bell

Milburn Udell Bell, 93, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 in Arlington, Texas. Udell was born in Vashti, Texas on February 11, 1927 to Cless and Cleo (Johnson) Bell. After graduating from high school, Udell served in the United State Army and the Merchant Marines during WWII. He was an active and long-time member of Fielder Road Church and worked for over 50 years as a business owner. He participated in the Senior Racquet Ball Competition and ranked 6th in the United States. He was a member of several organizations. He was a Mason, Shriner and Rotarian. Most importantly, however, Udell will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Udell was preceded in death by his parents, Cless and Cleo Bell.. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Joyce (McCrary) Bell; daughters, Gaye Coone, Patti McCants (husband Stan); a sister; grandchildren, Stacy Coone Harrison, Kim Coone Powell, Ashley McCants Krug, and Matthew McCants; six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
