Maria Christina Garcia, 80, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019 in Mansfield, Texas. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, May 23, 2019 , 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 w. Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, Texas 76013. Services for Maria will be on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Wade Family Funeral Home. Maria was born on December 18, 1938 in Rio Grande City, Texas at Guadalupe and Elizabeth (Cisneros) Olivarez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe and Elizabeth Olivarez. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Oscar Garcia; sons, Oscar Omar Garcia and wife, Michelle, Daniel J. Garcia and wife, Connie and Carlo A. Garcia and wife, Rita; daughters, Tirza Guerra, Cynthia Guerra and husband, Tony and Diana Rivera and husband, Ted; brother, Severo Olivarez; sisters, Elida Ruth Olivarez and Maria Elizabeth Trevino, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
