Lou Ellyn McGrew Clapp of Duncanville TX passed on April 8th, 2021.
Born March 18th, 1931 in Nocona TX to Henry McGrew and Vada Rupe. She graduated from Texas Women's University where she attended nursing school. She was married to Jerry Clapp and resided in Tulsa Oklahoma for many years. Lou worked as a nurse and school nurse for many years. Lou is survived by her son Ron Forston, daughter Laura, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She loved spending time with family and had a strong faith in the Lord. Lou is preceded in death by her parents, brother Everette McGrew, husband Jerry Clapp, and son Jay Clapp

Lou was such a lovely lady, and I enjoyed her for so many years at church. She participated in a number of my Bible studies and was always a learned scholar. I will miss her beautiful smile and the many stories she had to share of her interesting life. She loved her family so very much and was so proud of all of them.
