ARLINGTON -- Lena Mae Dickey, 82, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, in Arlington.
Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 28, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: 11:30 a.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Lena was born Oct. 31, 1929, in O'Donnell to Joseph and Lena Bradley Payne. She was a longtime Arlington resident and an avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fan. She dearly loved her family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
Survivors: Husband, Lee D. Dickey; sons, Jerry and wife, Jay Dickey, of Arlington and Richard Dickey of Sterling, Va.; daughter, Sharon Hunstable and husband, Steve, of Mansfield; grandchildren, Julia Nowik, Robin Dickey, Jeff and wife, Ashley Dickey, and Stephanie Huntstable; and great-grandson, Dakota Nowik.
