Julia Maya Francks, 82 of Arlington, TX passed away on June 27th, 2024, in Arlington.

Celebration of Life will be held 1:00PM Friday at:

Julie was born in San Benito, TX to Ernesto and Emilia Maya on July 5th, 1941. She went to San Benito High School. She graduated from Texas Eastern School of Nursing on September 4th, 1964, in Tyler, TX.
Julie moved to Arlington in 1966. She worked as an RN at Harris Hospital for 40 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Alejandra Maya Trevino, Pilar Maya Matas, Petra Maya Witten, Bertha Maya Valle.

Julie is survived by her loving husband, Walie Francks; daughter, Kathryn Riley and partner Kirk Riley; stepsons, Sonny Francks and wife Holly, Brian Francks and wife Sandy. She is also survived by several grandchildren.
