Julia Ann Ford passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021 in Richland Hills, Texas. A graveside memorial service will be at Moore Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 27th. An open house celebrating Julia's life will be at the home of Cindi Ford, 1819 Elm Crest Dr., Arlington 76012, following the service. The family welcomes any friends of Julia and Rod to attend. Julia was born December 28, 1932, in Will's Point, Texas to John and Arlene Bratton. She graduated from Forest Avenue High School in 1949. As an adult she lived in Dallas and worked as an executive secretary at Texas Instruments. She moved to Arlington after marrying Roderick Ford, where she lived the rest of her life and enjoyed 60 years of marriage. She was a member of the Arlington Women's Club and loved European travel, gardening, and entertaining. She was a loving wife to Rod, a best friend to her daughter, Cindi, and a beloved “Honey” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors: Daughter, Cindi Ford; Sons, Mike Ford, Craig Ford and wife, Benet; grandchildren, Annabelle, Nathanael, and Shaye; and great-grandchildren, Lyla, Logan, Libby, and Noah.
