Jonathan Perez, age 33, passed away on July 23, 2023 in Forney, Texas.

Jonathan was born on May 4, 1990 in Fort Worth, TX to Gustavo Perez and Cecilia Perez.

Jonathan was always happy. He had a contagious laugh and smile, and made friends everywhere he went. He always had a joke no matter the situation. He was never too shy to hit on the hooters girls. Jonathan was outgoing, always ready to go out no matter the place or person. He was extraordinary. Johnny was someone you could always count on to be there for you, he had no limits for anything. He was the definition of “one call away.”

Johnny enjoyed going to concerts, hanging out with friends and family, and working out. He was the biggest Dallas Cowboys fan to ever exist! He loved them so much nothing else mattered when they played and no matter who you were, if you talked bad about the cowboys he would argue until you gave up and left. He loved tattoos and tattoo expos were his candy store. He was the proud owner of a new car that lovingly referred to as his “Big Bertha.” Johnny loved shoes and was a big sneaker head. He truly enjoyed being an uncle and hanging out with his nephew.

Jonathan grew up catholic and believed in our catholic faith the Virgin Mary. He was a strong man who took no crap, but gave his all for everyone. Johnny was a giver and never expected anything in return. He was a hard worker and good person, and he was proud of his many accomplishments. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Jonathan is survived by his mother, Cecilia Perez; father, Gustavo Perez; brother, Chris Perez; sister-in-law, Hibeth Perez; nephews, CJ Perez and Chris Perez Jr.
