Johnny Joe Graves

Our beloved husband, father, “Pops” Johnny Joe Graves passed from this life on Friday, February 5, 2021 and is now in his heavenly home. He was born in Cass County Texas on March 1, 1945 and was preceded in death by his father George Austin Graves, Sr., mother Lutheran Wilbanks Graves and Harold Gene Hogue who raised him and called him “Son” and numerous family members who have gone before him. Johnny (Pops) is survived by his loving wife, Linda Graves, son John Graves (Heidi), brother George Austin Graves, Jr., (Barbara), Mamie Compton who raised him and called him “Son”, sister Cindy Higgins, daughters Tammy Stone (Kelly), Teresa Carty, Grandchildren Morgan Stone, Kolby Stone, Lukas Stone, Austin Graves and Brandon Graves and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas.
