her journey’s just begun.
Life holds so many facets,
this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting from the sorrows and the tears.
In a place of warmth and comfort,
Where there is no days or years.
Think how she must be wishing that we could know today.
How nothing but our sadness,
can really pass away.
And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched.
For nothing loved is ever lost,
and she was loved so very much! ”
Jennifer Wimmer, a beautiful soul & spirit, we will truly miss you!
Heartfelt Condolences to all of her Family & Friends, may you all find peace in the cherished memories.

I am so sorry to hear about Jennifer
I loved her so much as I saw her grow up working with Donna at Family Healthcare
I know without a doubt she is with Jesus
I pray Jesus will wrap his arm around you and comfort you now and in the months to come
Love to all of you,

Thinking of you both and family as you grieve the loss of your beautiful child Jennifer who is with god now. Much love and prayers Cousin Richard and Wife Susan Coppola from New York
Donna,I remember you picking Jennifer up out of the car and putting her in her wheelchair even when she was older. I would think how can Donna do this so effortlessly. Then one day I realized it is because she gave you strength everyday with that beautiful smile. I always got my Jennifer love when she came in. She was so proud of herself throwing the baseball for Special Olympics. I was honored she wanted me to be there. I don’t think Major League pitchers were as proud of themselves as she was of her throws. I send my deepest condolences to all of you. Jennifer touched hearts then and forever. I send love and prayers for healing. Bea.
