Jeanie Berna

Loula Jean "Jeanie" Berna, 83, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.
Funeral services will be held on August 19th at 10am at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, TX 76013. Interment will follow services at Live Oak Cemetery in Dublin, TX at 3pm.
Jeanie was born on August 26, 1937 in Dublin, Texas to Mack and Leacy (Bramlett) Pond.
As one of the first female loan officers for LTV Credit Union, Jeanie worked as an accountant and was great with numbers. She was employed by American Airlines until she retired in December of 1999.
She loved the Lord and was an active member of Fielder Road Baptist church. Jeanie also loved spending time with her grandkids. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, shopping, and traveling.
In December of 1981, Jeanie was preceded in death by her husband, James Berna.
Jeanie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Shelley Berna; daughter, Amy Berna; grandchildren, Bailey, Jacy, Connor, Lucas, and Harrison.
