James Weldon Schultz, beloved husband, father and Pa Pa, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012, in Arlington. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Arlington First Church of Nazarene, 1301 West Green Oaks Blvd., Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. James was born Jan. 13, 1931, in Charleston, Texas, to Culbert Logan and Bessie McGuyer Schultz. He was a longtime Arlington resident and member of the Arlington First Church of the Nazarene. James was an aircraft mechanic for Bell Helicopter and worked on the V-22 Ospry. He retired after a 30-year career. Hunting, fishing, woodcrafts, his garden and Texas Rangers baseball were just a few of his hobbies. Survivors: Wife, Alma Ruth Schultz; son, James Ronald "Ronnie" Schultz and wife, Teresa; daughter, Linda Kay Bourgeois and husband, Stan; brother, Kenneth Schultz; sister, Anna Cook; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
