Jacque Mulock was born on December 18 1964 in San Jose, CA, to Daniel Peralta and Maria Peralta.

Jacque was best known for being a great mother, the best abuela, and always provided a safe place. Our happiness brought her happiness.

Jacque is survived by daughters Ashley Peralta, Faith and Blaiz Mulock, grandchildren Izaiah, Layla, Lucia, and Cyrus. Son in laws Derrick Deats and Antonio Ferrel. She is also survived by parents Daniel and Maria Peralta, and brother Daniel Peralta.

The service for Jacque Mulock will be held on Thursday, July 21 2022 at 3:00 PM at Wade Chapel.
