ARLINGTON -- Gloria Brassfield Davis, 74, passed away Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, in Arlington, where she had lived since 1970.
Graveside service: 3 p.m. Wednesday in Parkdale Cemetery, Arlington.
Gloria was born June 10, 1939, in Arvin, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Alsa Brassfield; her husband of 40 years, Edgar W. "Ed" Davis; their son, Ross Davis; and brothers, James and Jerry Brassfield.
Survivors: Daughter, Kelly R. Smith; grandchildren, Wesley Davis, Kathleen Davis, Katherine Smith and William Smith; great-granddaughters, Lexy, Lilly, Chloe and Emmalea; brothers, John and Bill Brassfield; and many nieces and nephews.
