ARLINGTON -- George Oscar Muller, 86, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014, in Arlington.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesdsay at First United Methodist Church, 313 N. Center St., Arlington, Dr. David Mosser officiating. Interment: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.
George was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Fort Worth to Arthur E. Muller and Thelma Hines Muller. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Wesley Progressor Sunday School Class. George graduated from Texas A&M University, class of 1949. He worked as a longtime professional civil engineer, serving the Fort Worth Water Department and Arlington Water Department and Schrickel Rollins & Associates.
George was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors: Wife, Margaret Muller; daughter, Elaine Phillips and husband, David; son, Joe Muller and wife, Teresa; brother, Arthur Muller and wife, Terry; sister, Martha Thompson and husband, Dan; grandchildren, Michael, Ben, Mary, Garland and Laura; and great-grandchildren, Madeline and Tanner.

I am so sad to here of Mr. Mullers passing I will miss him very much. He was my next door neighbor for 43 years. Our neighborhood has lost a wonderfully kind and gentle man, and he will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the muller family. May God comfort you during this difficult time.
