Eugene Paul Byas

Eugene Paul Byas, 77, passed away on January 11, 2022 in Arlington, Texas. He was born on November 13, 1944 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Alfred and Eva Byas.
A visitation will be held at 2pm on Monday, January 17, 2022 at the Northwest Church of Christ in Arlington, Texas. The funeral service will follow at 3pm at the church. A graveside service will be held at 10:15am on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Paul served proudly in the United States Navy. He was also a deacon at Wildercroft Church of Christ in Maryland.
Paul is survived by his wife, Sarita Byas; son, Gene Byas II and wife, Laura; daughter, Eileen Watson; grandchildren, Victor Byas, Isabel Byas, Elisa Martinez, Sarah Watson, and Trey Watson; sisters, Dee and husband, Paul and Lydia; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
