On November 7, 1964, Liz was born in San Antonio, TX. The daughter of Reynaldo and Ruth M. Rios Jr., Ex-Husband Lester L. Johnson. Sister to Reynaldo Rios lll, Carlos Rios, and Raquel-Fernando Bernal. Beloved Auntie and cheerleader to Alexis, Nico, Brandon, Alicia, and Nikki. Extended family: Joe and Alicia Calderon Sr. Vickie, Mario-Nancy, Joe-Ericka Calderon Jr., and a great many nieces and nephews.

Liz worked at the Post Office for 37 years. If Liz was not at work, you could find her at any of her nieces’ and nephews’ events. Family time was her greatest happiness.

Liz loved with her whole heart and was protective and as fierce as a mama bear when it came to her family. Liz showed her love for her family through the personalized messages she would write for special occasions. She will be missed but never forgotten with her hearty laugh, and warm protective hugs as her beautiful soul will forever be within us.
