Mr. Fulton taught VA at Bynum High School in 1967-68. He was fresh out of college and was one of my favorite teachers. He was well liked and the girls just fawned over him in his jeans and cowboy boots. I am living in New Mexico. I will always remember him for a great sense of humor and how he interacted with his students. God Bless.
