Guestbook

  1. We are shocked and heartbroken at the loss of our beloved neighbor and friend, Dennis McCarty. We will miss our many “across the fence” conversations, his penchant for great storytelling, his words of kindness, his movie quotes, and his engaging conversations. Most of all we will miss him: the neighbor who always did whatever we needed. Cortney, Denay, Dennis Dean, and families–we offer our deepest love and sympathy to you all on this great loss. Your Dad was so proud of all of you, and he would be even more pleased to see the way you are honoring him so lovingly even in this time of heartbreak. He was one of a kind! He was a true character; He was a passionate patriot; He was a charming gentleman. He will be missed.

  2. My heart is heavy to hear of the passing of my long-time and dear friend, Dennis. My sympathy and prayers go out to Dennis Dean and family, Cortney Davenport and family and Denay Moore and family. Wishing each of you strength, comfort and peace in the days ahead as you grieve the great loss of your loving Dad. With affection and caring thought, Love, Bobby Washington.
