  1. I would like to send my condolonces to the family. Mr. Strittmatter was wonderful, caring, considerate and kind person. His light will continue to shine through his family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

  2. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Curtis and I shared many childhood stories at the family reunions.

  3. Dear Nancy, Sean, Nick and Kirsten,
We were so sorry to learn of Curt’s illness and death. You had been in our thoughts and conversations just the week previously as Ella Jo was looking for your address and Kathy and I both confessed to losing touch with you. We have so many happy memories of the six of us and our young children as we struggled, laughed, worked and played through those early years. Curt always had a smile and was such a nice guy. I know the coming days and weeks will be difficult ones for you and we will keep you all in our prayers.
    Love, Darcy and Chuck

  4. Nancy,

Our love and deepest sympathy to you and your children, we are so sorry for your loss… your Buffalo cousins,

    Ginny & Jim
    Jody & John
    John & Fran

  5. Nancy, Sean, Nick and Kirsten, we are deeply sorry for your loss. Words aren’t enough. Curt has been a part of our lives, a support during tough times and God only knows, he will be sorely missed. I do know he will be watching over each of you and smiling at the grandkids as the do mischievous thugs and laughing heartily!
He was a good man and I miss him already!
    Loving each of you,
    Mär & Prte

  6. Mrs. Strittmatter,

I just learned of Mr. Strittmatter’s passing. I am very sorry for your loss. Please accept my most sincere condolences. In the short time I knew him, he made a strong impression-always so concerned for Sean and such a presence. Prayers to you and your family.

    Sincerely,
    Kim Smith

  7. There isn’t a day that goes by that Curt doesn’t flash across our minds. He’ll forever be in our hearts. He was always there for us, as is Nancy to this day and we will be for her.

Curt always had a kind heart, soft spoken and we always enjoyed our Saturday evening dinners after church. Such a loving man! He is missed.
