Connie Sue Godfrey

Constance “Connie” Godfrey, 71, passed away on January 25, 2021 at her home in Granbury, Texas. She was born on August 4, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio to Arthur and Mary Lee Godfrey. Visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Monday, February 1 at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas. Funeral Services will be held at 12 pm on Tuesday, February 2 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, Texas 76013. Connie and her husband, Karl Froehlich resided in Granbury, Texas and were members of Triple Cross Cowboy Church in Granbury. She was a registered nurse who loved to care for people. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, friend, and the best Gigi. She is survived by her husband, Karl Froehlich; son, Jimmy Olson, and wife Shana; daughters, Monica Olson Duff and husband Ben, Kasie Simmons and husband Billy, Kristie Young and husband David; brothers, John Godfrey and wife Debbie, and Arthur Godfrey; sister, Beth Frontine and husband Mike; grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Trey, Slade, Jeremiah, Wyatt, Lucas, and Dylynn. Connie is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Ann Passeff, and Jenny Nowakowski.
