ARLINGTON -- Cheryl Easley Bilger, 57, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, in Arlington. Memorial service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, the Rev. Bill Sparks officiating. Memorials: Memorial gifts may be made to the Arlington Animal Shelter in Cheryl's name. Cheryl was born Sept. 14, 1954, in Fort Worth to Dennis Jones Easley and Edith Russell Easley. A longtime resident of Arlington, she graduated from Arlington High School in 1972. Cheryl worked as a surgical nurse at Arlington Memorial Hospital. She loved animals, especially her two cats. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Lt. Dennis Boyd Easley. Survivors: Husband of 30 years, Rodney Bilger; brother, John Easley and wife, Teresa; numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.
