Charlcie Joyce Pollard, 86, life-long resident of Arlington, entered eternal life on January 21, 2019.
Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 29th, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington Texas 76013.
She was preceded by her mother, Beulah Boatright; her sister, Robbie Desmaris; her brother, Bill Boatright; her husbands, Charles Hollis Pollard and Jim Petersen.
She is survived by her sons, John David and Jeff Pollard; her grandchildren: Sami Pollard, Mollie Lamb, Ryan Pollard, Kasie Castleberry, Nick Wells, Noah Wells, Nathan Pollard, Nevin Pollard; and her great-grandchildren: Jack Steorman, Jase and Camden Castleberrry, Isabelle and Ava Pollard, Waylon and Ellison Lamb, Chance Maki, Braedon, Rylan, and Kason Wells.

So sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a dear, wonderful woman that always had time to listen and give advice to me as a teenager. I still a book that she gave me, a teenage girl talking to God, that has been a treasure and comfort through rough times.
Joyce, I will always remember you as a fun loving, nutty, happy individual. You put up a long, good fight. You are now at peace with Him. Dorothy Tucker, your sister-n-law’s sister.
Joyce was our next door neighbor and friend for many years. We enjoyed a multitude of conversations with good stories and some laughs. We will miss her, but are relieved that she can now rest in pure peace. Robert & Jean Hanlon
