WEATHERFORD -- Carolyn Rose Flottman, 66, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013.
Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington.
Carolyn was born February 4, 1947 in Buffalo, New York to Angelo and Carmela Anzalaco. She worked as a secretary for Arlington I.S.D before retiring. Carolyn enjoyed volunteering at Weatherford Memorial Hospital and traveling with her husband. She especially loved going to Hawaii.
Survivors: Husband, Richard Edward Flottman of Weatherford, TX; Sons: David (Wendy) Flottman of Midlothian, TX; Scott (Sandra) Flottman of Plano, TX; Parents: Angelo and Carmela Anzalaco of Mansfield, TX; three sisters: Diane Frazier and husband Ronnie of Grand Prairie, TX; Angela Pyjas and husband Tony of Mansfield, TX; and Maria Scott and husband Bobby of Mansfield TX; two grand children: Jay and Jeff Flottman of Arlington, TX

My heart breaks for each of you. Carol was the most wonderful woman and mom I have ever known. She was so caring and full of love and exuded that. She loved each of you immensely. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Many prayers for strength and comfort.
