WICHITA FALLS -- Amanda Kathleen Griffin, 28, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at her home in Wichita Falls. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lake Arlington Baptist Church, 2912 Little Road, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Amanda was born June 9, 1985, in Dallas and grew up in Arlington, graduating from Lamar High School in 2004. She worked as a home health aide in Wichita Falls and had plans for pursuing a career in health care. She was a caring person who loved to serve others and was loved by everyone who knew her. Amanda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd Parker Griffin and Ruby Moore Griffin of Wichita Falls and Carlton Lee Campbell Sr. and Elma Morris Campbell of Raleigh, N.C. Survivors: Parents, Michael Floyd Griffin and Jo Ann Campbell Griffin of Arlington; and her brother, Ben Griffin of Charlottesville, Va.

    We cannot begin to express how sorry we our for the loss our Sweet Amanda. Please know that are thoughts and prayers are with you all as you journey through your grief and sorrow. As it says in
    Revelations 22:4-5 “They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. And night will be no more. They will need no light of lampor sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever”. So shall Amanda find her peace.
