Opal was born on November 15, 1935 in Palestine, Texas to Vera Williams and Clyde Williams. She moved to Fort Worth at the age of 12 and graduated from IM Terrell. Until we meet again,
Your Family

I will miss my sweet cousin Opal dearly. We didn't get to see each other much over the past few years, but I will cherish fond memories from back in the day. One of those memories was at a family reunion years ago when Opal and a few other family members took front and center on stage and sang "We are Family". (They really did a good job singing it too ya'll). That was a fun day! Peaceful rest to our precious Opal.

My condolences to the Porter family during this difficult time. In the Bible, Jehovah God gives us hope. Acts 24:15 says, “there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” Revelation 21:4 says, “and he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more.” Very soon we will see the fulfillment of these promises here on Earth. We hope you find comfort in God’s promises.
